We're delighted to announce the signing of Luke Holness who joins Cray Valley PM from Avery FC ahead of the 2025/26 season, bringing pace, power and an eye for goal. With his exciting attacking play and proven ability, we can't wait to see him in action in Green and Black

Luke, now age 26, started his playing career in the youth ranks of Fulham and Crystal Palace before starting his non-league journey at Walton Casuals. In 2018/19 he joined Maldon & Tiptree featuring seven times, before moving to Isthmian South East side Sevenoaks Town and Tooting & Mitcham to finish the season.

Heading into the 2019/20 season Luke’s performances for Northwood and Bracknell Town attracted Braintree Town where he was top goalscorer for The Iron in the 2021/22 season in the National League South. Luke then went on to have spells with Tonbridge Angels and Hemel Hempstead Town in the 2022/23 season.

At the start of season 2023/24 Luke joined Isthmian Premier League side Folkestone Invicta before a move to Vanarama National South side Welling United in January where he finished the season. Last season he made 21 appearances for Aveley scoring twice.
