The make up of the Pitching In Isthmian Premier Division has been revealed today. Added to last season's remaining sixteen clubs including of course Cray Valley (PM) are three promoted clubs - Brentwood Town, Burgess Hill Town and Ramsgate together with three relegated clubs from the National South - Aveley, St. Albans City and Welling United.

It promises to be another exciting season!
