That's a wrap! pre-season friendlies done, confined to history in the soon to be forgotten tray. A mix bag, seven games, two wins, two draws and three defeats. Steve McKimm will know there is much work to be done as focus turns to next Saturday and the opening league game at the Artic Stadium against Carshalton Athletic.

Today's game saw the Brickies open up a two goal lead both from set pieces and headers by Chiabi and Baptiste. Jerry Puemo pulled a goal back after Ibby Akbani's initial effort had been blocked before the visitors restored their two goal lead direct from a Phipps free kick, the shot seemingly catching keeper Shaun Rowley out of position.

On 49 minutes Akbani found the back of the net but the Millers were denied by the raising of the assistants flag for a foul. Despite best endeavours the scoreline remained 1-3 until five minutes from time when the Brickies added a fourth through Theobald.

Insight: Before the game Steve McKimm was presented with a framed shirt to celebrate his 50th birthday, see pictured with the Millers Chair David Carter.
