With barely time to catch breath after Saturday’s thriller against Whitehawk, Valley make the short journey to Fawkham on Monday to face former SCEFL rivals Corinthian.
The Hoops finished last season (their first at Step 4) comfortably placed in 8th position - just seven points behind Valley and the play-off places – but have made an indifferent start to this campaign.
After taking a 7th minute lead at Chichester City on Saturday through Festos Kamara, The Hoops conceded an 86th minute equaliser to remain without a win in their first three matches.
They have however progressed to the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup following a fine 3-0 win at home to Guildford City last week.
Matches against Corinthian are usually fiercely contested, so we look forward to hearing your vocal support as we bid to gain our first away league points of the season.
