THE WINNER TAKES ALL as three points for either side guarantees a play off slot but just to make it interesting a draw could prove to be no good for either side with Hythe Town waiting in the wings.

Sheppey United nickname "The Ites" have enjoyed a successful first season at step 4 after being promoted as champions of the SCEFL last season. Jack Midson was appointed player-manager in August 2022 with previous manager Ernie Batten appointed director of football at the same time. The Ites are on a fine run of form coming into this game winning seven of their last eight games, the only defeat being at Haywards Heath Town.

When the two sides met earlier in the season at Holm Park, the Millers came out on top winning 3-1 with goals from Bennett 2 and Adeyemo after Leonard had put the Ites ahead.

Valley manager Tommy Osborne has a few players carrying knocks and will be assessing their fitness as the week goes on. Mascots for the day will be our Selkent U9's managed by Gary McGetrick and Joe McDonaugh.
