A confident all round performance from the Millers against tough opposition, in control for long periods as manager Tommy Osborne seems to have his team back on track. This win moves them into 6th place one point behind the 5th play off place currently occupied by Sevenoaks Town with eight games to play. Saturday sees a return to the Artic Stadium with 7th place Ashford United the visitors and with only goal difference separating the two sides it promises to be a tight encounter.

Cray opened the scoring in the 28th minute, Kiki Oshilaja got in front of his marker to power in a header from Hassan Ibrahiym's corner kick. Town who included new signing Dave Martin had chances and Chris Lewington was called into action to make the save when required. Shortly after the break Daniel Bennett replaced Ibrahiym and he had only been on the pitch for less than a minute when he scored Cray's second. Ade Adeyemo and Adam Coombes passed the ball between them before Adeyemo played in Bennett to tap home from eight yards out.

Cray were in the ascendancy now with Sonny Black and Alex Bentley bossing the midfield and were creating chances, Denzel Gayle and Adeyemo both going close. Town weren't out of it and Lewington was again called into action to palm away a corner and Lewis Finney saw his shot go inches wide. Cray made the game safe in the 77th minute, Bennett and Coombes combining well before passing to Adeyemo who calmly slotted home from eight yards.

With the clock ticking down Bennett went close with a free kick, curling the ball around the wall which Will Huffer in the Town goal did well to push away. Full Time 0-3.
