It was late late delight for the Millers at a wet Greatness Park as Danny Walden scored the winner in the 94th minute of the game. A long 40 yard pass from Kiki Oshilaja put Denzel Gayle clear on the right flank and his whipped in cross was powerfully headed home by Waldren from close range prompting wild celebrations on the bench as only last gasp winners do.

The introduction of fresh legs from the bench in Gayle, Michael Ademiluyi and Lyle Della-Verde making his first appearance since being injured way back at the end of August, shifted the momentum back to Valley who kept knocking at the door right till the very end and fully deserved the win. This maintained their 100% record on their travels in the league this season, their seventh victory.

It was a hard fought win and the Oaks will be disappointed to have lost both to league leaders Ramsgate and now Valley in the space of 48 hours both to the only goal of the game scored late on. Home goalkeeper Daniel Colmer was voted the hosts player of the match making a number of good saves to deny Valley but could do nothing about the late late winner.
