East Grinstead Town nicknamed the Wasps are managed by Andrew Cooney, who took over the reigns in November 2021. They currently sit in 16th place on 24 points from 24 games. Their game last Saturday at home to Horndean was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, prior to that they have suffered three successive defeats, including losing 7-1 at Chichester City, since picking up a point at Broadbridge Heath and winning 1-0 at Ashford United. They have recently lost their top goalscorer Max Walsh who was on nine before joining Ashford United. Connor Tighe and Glen Wilson both on six now lead the way.

The Millers:
The top of the table is getting very interesting with Ramsgate now just two points ahead having played a game more than the Millers and Sittingbourne who are just a further four points adrift in third place. The Millers came out on top in the away game earlier in the season winning 4-0, Kyrell Lisbie a double, Freddie Parker and Calvin Ekpiteta with the goals, see below. However no easy games in this division of course and the Wasps will be keen to become the first side to inflict a league defeat on the Millers this season.
