Peter Springett:
Peter joins Cray Valley (PM) FC with over 18 years of coaching experience, most recently serving as First Team Coach and Under-23 Manager at Erith & Belvedere FC.

Peter has built an excellent reputation for developing and improving young footballers, helping players progress into senior football while creating successful, competitive teams.

One of his standout achievements came as manager of the Erith & Belvedere Under-18 side, leading them to the Second Round Proper of the FA Youth Cup. The team enjoyed a remarkable cup run, winning eight consecutive matches from the Extra Preliminary Round to reach the competition's latter stages.

Peter's extensive experience, proven ability to nurture talent, and passion for player development make him a fantastic addition to the coaching team at Cray Valley (PM) FC.

He will assist the first team and manage our U23 Development side who will play in the SCEFL development west division.
