Marcel originally joined Valley at the end of April 2021 - making 2 appearances and scoring twice in the London Senior Cup played at the end of that Covid hit season. The following full season he scored 22 times in 42 appearances as the club completed it's first full season at step 4, losing in the play off semi final at Ashford United.

He went on to join then newly promoted Isthmian Premier side Herne Bay in July 2022 and in their relegation season was top goalscorer with 16 goals in 38 appearances. He re-joins the Millers after making 9 appearances this season for Erith & Belvedere scoring once.

The hard working striker has netted twice in 5 international appearances for Guyana, and won promotion from the National League South with Braintree Town in 2017/18.
