Chi under experience manager Miles Rutherford have like the Millers enjoyed an excellent start to their first season in the Isthmian Premier at step 3 following promotion last season. They currently sit in 7th place on 48 points from 29 games. They gained a point at league leaders Dartford on Tuesday night in a goalless draw to extend their unbeaten run to ten, having gone into that game on the back of seven consecutive wins. They have conceded just five goals in their last nine games, last conceding two in a 3-2 victory at Lewes on 14th December.
Top goalscorer on 25 including their goal in a 2-1 defeat at the Artic Stadium back in October is Jimmy Wild on 25 (21 league and 4 cup). He is followed by Ethan Prichard on 8.

The Millers
Having frustratingly been forced to endure a free Saturday last week due to a waterlogged pitch and the postponement of the Hendon game, Steve McKimm and his team will be chomping at the bit to get back on the field this week.

It’s 7th v 5th and with the Chi in fine form it promises to be a tough but nevertheless exciting test for the Millers. Danny Waldren will be missing through suspension but there remains plenty of options for both starting and squad places. As always it promises to be compelling, hope to see you there!
