Following quickly on from Saturday's first win of the season at Whitstable Town the Millers travel along the M25 to South Park Reigate. It will be the first time to two sides have met in a league game although in 2013 the clubs met in the second round of the FA Vase with South Park winning after a replay. Steve Chapman now our Director of Youth Development was the Millers manager back then. More recently the Millers travelled to King George's Field for a pre-season friendly in July 2025.

Kevin Lisbie's has introduced a few new faces in the past week as he looks to find the winning balance. The Millers are now in 13th place with 7 points from 7 games. The Sparks currently sit in 6th place on 11 points from 6 games and are unbeaten in three winning 5-1 at home to Steyning Town on Saturday. In the line up for that game was Jensen Grant who made 8 appearances for the Millers at the start of season 2023/24 before injury cut short his time with us.

After easing past AFC Croydon Athletic in the first round the Millers took the lead at South Park in this second round tie after 52 minutes through Joe Nwoko. David Smith levelled for the home side after 73 minutes to set up a replay at Badgers 4 days later.

In the replay after Joe Jackson put the visitors in front in the first half Adam Gross and Michael McKenna put the Millers in front after 64 minutes. But two late strikes from Kieran Lavery one from the penalty spot, sent the Millers out!

CRAY VALLEY manager Steve Chapman says he is feeling disappointed after their FA Carlsberg Vase run ended after his side committed suicide in the final six minutes to lose this second round replay.
