Our U18's continued their fine start to the season with an emphatic 5-2 away victory at last year’s league champions, Dulwich Hamlet. Centre forward TJ Dros grabbed the headlines with a hat trick in a dominant performance. Rhys Evans and Akin Sowah scored our other goals. Despite conceding two goals from a defensive mix up just before the half time and a late penalty, they controlled the game and only the woodwork prevented an even more impressive score line. Both the U13's and U14's suffered defeats against Metrogas and Erith & Belvedere respectively. The U13's were forced to field an under strength team, due to several players on trial and one running in a national athletics competition! Oliver Wardle scored our consolation goal in the 4-1 defeat. The U14's conceded two early goals at home against Erith & Belvedere and despite pulling a goal back, the final score ended 2-1.

The U15's recorded their first win of the season with a comfortable 2-0 victory in the first round of the Kent Boys cup. In a scrapy match, goals from James Van Zee and Vlad Hristov ensured their ticket into the draw for the 2nd round.

In the JPL, both of our U16's sides were victorious in the group stages of their cup competition. Our Premier side won a hard-fought match against local rivals Greenwich Borough 2-1, whilst two hat tricks helped our Championship side thrash Cre8 8-3. Their fate to progress to the next round, however, is in the balance as they need to wait to see if they will qualify as one of the best placed second teams.
The Premier side have won all 3 games to top the group and progress to the next stage. Kingsley Opara opened the scoring with a brilliant goal, receiving the ball outside of the box, dribbling past 3 players before rifling his shot in off the post. Despite gifting Borough an equaliser, we won a thrilling match when Yaakoub Chekhchoukh played a lovely one-two on the edge of the box with Juan Taylor before smashing his shot into the top corner.

Elsewhere, our Selkent sides continued their preparation ahead of the League season. Soul's U16's beat Welling United 3-2 and Matt Mundy's U12's warmed up with an encouraging 5-0 win against Erith & Belvedere. Unfortunately, the Under 10 X side suffered a 4-0 loss to New Park.
