Signed for Cray Valley in Nov 2023 three months shy of his 35th birthday from Beckenham Town where he was club captain and a member of their promotion winning side in 2021/22. He had also enjoyed promotion with two previous clubs Bromley, where he made 188 appearances, to the National League in 2014/15 and Billericay Town in 2017/18. Other past clubs included Dulwich Hamlet, Welling United and Romford. Described as a defensive midfielder with an eye for a goal. Ten goals in in his first two season from 28 games which helped secure promotion to step 3 for the first time was testament to that 'eye'. This was followed by a further 10 goals from 46 appearances as a play off place was secured in the Isthmian premier division.

After a short period as player manager at his old club Beckenham Town at the beginning of season 2025/26 he later returned to Valley where he was mainly utilised covering in defence. He reached 100 appearances on Easter Monday 2026 at home to Cray Wanderers.
