Dean was a prolific striker back in the Kent County League days and the records show 123 appearances and 75 goals between seasons 2003/04 and 2008/09. Top scorer 3 seasons running between 2005-08. We believe he also played the season 2009/10 but unfortunately the data on appearances and goals is not complete.

He made his debut in season 2003/04 appearing in the final three league games and scoring five goals. The following season 2004/05 he was a member of the side that were champions of the Kent County League Premier Division by a clear 11 points, under manager Mark Edwards, making 25 appearances and scoring 19 goals. They also won a Challenge Shield Final beating Norton Sports at Chatham FC and were runners up in the London Intermediate and Kent County Challenge Cups.

Season 2005/06 saw 16 goals scored in 26 appearances and the following season 13 goals from 23 appearances, including a hat trick in a 5-3 league defeat against Bromley Green in March 2007. By co-incidence and indeed consistency Dean also made 23 appearances in seasons 2007/08 and 2008/09 scoring 13 and 9 goals respectively.

Dean is listed in the squad for the following season in which the team won The London Intermediate Cup in 2010 beating Erith Town 2-1 aet in the final played at Met Police FC.

Dean earned recognition for his efforts for the Millers by being selected for the Kent County League Representative side.

Dean is a member of the 100 club and with it deservedly earns player legendary status.
