A truly remarkable season with the team acheiving its highest ever placing in the football pyramid, a 4th place finish in their first season at step 3. The play off defeat at Dartford was tough to take, a debatable 70th minute sending off following the penalty award when leading 2-0 and then an equaliser with a deflected free kick with the last kick of the game deep into added time taking the game into extra time and ultimately losing 4-3. However this should not detract from a wonderful season in which the team performed beyond all expectations.
