After easing past AFC Croydon Athletic in the first round the Millers took the lead at South Park in this second round tie after 52 minutes through Joe Nwoko. David Smith levelled for the home side after 73 minutes to set up a replay at Badgers 4 days later.

In the replay after Joe Jackson put the visitors in front in the first half Adam Gross and Michael McKenna put the Millers in front after 64 minutes. But two late strikes from Kieran Lavery one from the penalty spot, sent the Millers out!
